Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of front-end development experience
- You have experience with JS, React framework
- Problem solving is a strength of yours. You bring the ability to interpret data and business strategy, understanding constraints and trade-offs
- You develop in accordance with best software engineering, helping to define development standards for the team
- Experience of Java RESTful as an API design is advantageous
- You have an ability to build systems that scale reliably without intervention, taking into account the trade-offs between things like scalability, efficiency, and security
- You have proven to be capable in delivering quality solutions in a fast-moving business environment
- You have collaborated openly on shared items of work and communicated well in a team-oriented environment
- You have demonstrated a growth mindset with a continuous focus on improving yourself and the way work gets done within your sphere of influence
- You are proven in frontend technology stacks

- We are looking for an experienced Front-End Software Engineer to join our team in expanding and improving our Engagement Channel solutions
- We are a group of peers with high levels of trust and respect who collaborate closely to build the best software we can, given the constraints we have

- These teams design and deliver innovative solutions that enable our customers to spread a culture of recognition and celebration within their workplaces
