Role
Who you are
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with customers in a technical customer-facing role with a software company
- Self taught programmer, bootcamp graduate, or formal educational experience in computer science
- Familiarity working with web based APIs, especially REST
What the job involves
- Help customers build on Tray.ai through answering their toughest technical questions
- Improve team processes that can lead to greater efficiency or a better customer experience
- Help customers realize the value of Tray.ai with exceptional technical support
- Communicate customer needs and provide product feedback to product management and engineering
- Working hours will be on Pacific Time
