  • Our ideal candidate will be passionate about data, have a track record of metrics implementation, simplifying processes, relationship management, and approach problems with data-driven decision making
  • The candidate will regularly dive deep into manual processes to identify trends and build systemic solutions with appropriate mechanisms to ensure adequate guard rails
  • Extensive years of experience supporting classification, compliance or trust & safety and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements
  • Multiple years of experience in driving end to end delivery
  • Knowledge of UK content compliance classification and/or BBFC experience
  • Extensive years of experience working cross-functionally

What the job involves

  • We are seeking an innovative and analytical Operations Program Manager in London to join our global team and support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team by designing operational processes, building mechanisms, and reducing risk across current processes
  • This Operations Program Manager will launch and enhance Europe-based operational workflows by identifying focus areas and implementing improvements, liasing with our global policy and program teams, anticipate risks, manage regional escalations, and overcome technical constraints with alternate short/medium term solutions
  • This role will work closely with Operations, Quality, T&S Program, Policy, Product, Legal, and leadership to build cross-functional programs and policies
