Who you are

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively

What the job involves

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and professional services, to ensure seamless implementation and onboarding of new clients
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to build customer trust and credibility throughout the sales process
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and beyond
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients
