What the job involves

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, candidate management, negotiation & on-boarding)
  • Own candidate experiences with frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Be an ambassador for the organization’s brand and values
  • Lead creative candidate sourcing projects to provide a diverse and high-calibre pipeline of talent
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, building a talent pipeline for existing and future hiring needs
  • Manage Greenhouse - Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
