Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role
  • An ability to set and communicate and execute against a strategy
  • A willingness to be hands on, creating content and managing the day to day of our social and PR programs
  • A proven track record of successfully PR and AR programs at high growth companies
  • Experience managing and hiring a team
  • Great execution and project management skills
  • Crisis management and journalist relations, a plus
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment; start-up experience preferred

What the job involves

  • Develop our quarterly and annual PR strategy to deliver brand and product messaging to our target audience through earned media
  • Drive our organic social media strategy to engage our community, build relationships with influencers, and expand our audience
  • Support internal evangelists and senior executives as amplifiers of our brand with content, training, media opportunities, and more
  • Partner with our community manager to drive engagement to and within our owned community
  • Participate in analyst relations in partnership with product marketing
  • Work closely with customer advocacy to identify customers and partners to bring into media opportunities to reinforce our story with their voice
  • Share industry news, trends, coverage, and competitor announcements to stakeholders to help inform our strategy
