Who you are

  • 2+ years of Customer Success Manager experience within the SaaS space
  • Have a strong drive to understand clients’ business goals, anticipate future needs, and work relentlessly to help your clients achieve success

  • Are well-organized and detail-oriented, with a keen understanding of project management

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Customer Success Manager passionate about providing delightful customer experiences. In this role, you'll become a champion for our $5k - $15k ARR customer segment, crafting delightful onboarding experiences that drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • You'll play a key role in setting these customers up for long-term success and maximizing their value from our product
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, 300-400 in the SMB segment, throughout the life cycle, owning their ultimate success by ensuring they realize the full value of the Bonusly platform
  • Ensure successful onboarding experience and product adoption
  • Deliver engaging experiences, such as best practice webinars, to impact a large number of customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor your clients
  • Drive product adoption and ongoing usage of Bonusly by helping our customers follow best practices to get the most from Bonusly (and, help define what those best practices are!)
  • Utilize scaled solutions to mitigate renewal risks and support renewal conversations
  • Serve as the voice of your customers by sharing customer feedback and advocating for customer needs cross-departmentally and serve as the Voice of Bonusly with our customers to ensure mutual success in the partnership
  • Keep up with HR industry trends to understand and advise our customers

Gamification is becoming a common application within the workplace, and Bonusly’s application of this to recognition and reward seems obvious yet original. The company is in the process of adding non-US redemption options as well as scaling its travel and experiences offerings.
