Role
Who you are
- Min 2 years of experience in a technical support, or customer support engineer role
- Ability to understand, investigate, and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders as well as native-level proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Expert-level knowledge of Web3 technologies including blockchain, self-custody wallets, and decentralized finance
- Ability to read and analyze smart contracts and trace the flow of funds on the blockchain
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in product-focused companies is a plus
What the job involves
- This role is responsible for delivering internal support to the Customer Support team at Trust Wallet
- Embedded in the Customer Support team, your job will be to serve as the guru for any technical questions the team may have related to their work
- You will also be responsible for helping to analyze, reproduce, and document any technical issues with our products and own the escalation of these issues to relevant business groups within the company
- You will also need to develop a keen understanding of customer needs in order to distill insights from customer feedback into product improvement feedback for a technical audience to consume
- To this end, you will need to build and maintain ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
- This will be a challenging role, so be prepared to perform in a fast-paced and high pressure environment

An abbreviation of “Build ‘N Build”, BNB Chain was developed as an evolution of the Binance Smart Chain when it merged with the Binance Chain. A layer-1 blockchain, BNB Chain is a community of crypto and NFT engineers and plans to build on the decentralising efforts of Blockchain.
Aiming to be “bigger than Binance”, BNB Chain is also EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) compatible and has a multichain function. Alongside this, it assists users with a higher capacity and lower latency asset management platform and has been used for hundreds of billions of transactions since its founding in 2017.
2022 was rocky regarding customer trust for BNB Chain. It was the victim of a hack worth $570 million in early October that year, putting its cross-chain vulnerabilities under pressure. That being said, late 2022 and early 2023 marked a surge for the company despite the crypto winter. During this time its wallets outpaced Ethereum and it became the largest L1 blockchain. It has also become something of a watchdog for fake crypto tokens and untrustworthy DApps.
