Who you are

  • If you’re a recent graduate or about to complete your studies and are looking to develop your skills in sales and business development, then our Business Development Internship Program is your opportunity to shine
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in sales and the finance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required

What the job involves

  • In this role, you’ll learn about business development and how a fast-growing sales team operates. You will work closely with our BDR’s & Sales teams, supporting them in the full 360 sales cycle
  • Research and identify potential prospects using various online resources and databases
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation processes
  • Assist with organising and managing events to promote our solutions and engage potential customers
  • Assist with the creation for outbound campaigns, including refining our messaging
  • Develop and utilise effective presentations to communicate our value proposition
