• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or similar strategic HR role
• Minimum of 5 years working in California, with comprehensive knowledge of state-specific labor laws and regulations
• Deep understanding of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Experience with both exempt and non-exempt employee demographics
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex and sensitive issues effectively
