Who you are
- You have gained 7+ years of relevant experience in a high growth, strongly brand-focused environment, either in another top-tier startup and/or consultancy
- You are highly analytical, creative and quickly understand the big picture while keeping an eye for detail to ensure flawless quality
- You have proven to be a great leader already having led a team and experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams
- You are stellar at project management, execution focused and not worried to get your hands dirty yourself despite your seniority
What the job involves
- Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratization of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth
- As our product marketing leader you are owning the intersection between Marketing & Product across all of Trade Republic
- This includes building and leading:
- A team of Product Marketing Managers that closely partner up with our Product leaders pre, during and post launches
- A team of Engagement Managers that drives activity and communication through email, push and in app massages with our customers
- A small team of Localisation Managers that translate our campaigns across our 17 markets
- You will do so by:
- Coordinating marketing and engagement campaigns across channels and countries to ensure well orchestrated launches, closely monitoring their performance
- Basing your strategy and campaigns on consumer insights collaborating closely with our central growth strategy and product teams
- Leading and building a team of 5-10 Product Marketing, Engagement and Localisation Managers
- Reporting directly into our Director of Growth and General Manager of International Markets
