Role

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience as an in-house SEO for a medium to large website or at an agency, covering all aspects of SEO from high-level strategy down to technical SEO
  • Knowledge of and the ability to talk with technical stakeholders about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • You possess a strong understanding of search engines crawling behavior and impact on traffic and revenue
  • You have some background in project management, preferably as an SEO Program Manager or SEO Project Manager; would be a plus
  • You possess exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem solving skills
  • You have strong interpersonal skills; you can work with both technical and business staff
  • You are comfortable with technical concepts and adept at learning new technology applications

What the job involves

  • Foster adoption of the Botify Platform throughout customer organizations
  • Help teammates address all Support Level 1 requests (email, slack, tickets) through triage up to resolution
  • Support customers in interpreting data and deriving insights, and advise on SEO concepts and solutions
  • Deliver dedicated trainings based on our customers’ data and industry, from basic to advanced depending on the product user
  • Triage clients’ needs from basic SEO fundamentals to advanced use cases
  • Work with your customers to build Advanced Reports to answer business and SEO objectives (including the use of API)
  • Work with customers to execute against their SEO roadmap, presenting SEO concepts and explaining how to make necessary changes
  • Build long-term, deep relationships at all levels within our customers’ organizations
  • Provide feedback to our Product Team with feature requests and product enhancements based on client use cases and SEO expertise
  • Work closely with our Customer Success Team to maintain exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with customers to coordinate their work and set-up their project including every advanced setting offered by the platform: log files, segmentation, HTML Extract etc
