Who you are

  • You have strong previous experience in field-marketing or events organization, ideally in the tech ecosystem, and are good at coordinating different stakeholders
  • You have experience with marketing tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, Livestorm, etc)
  • You have a good knowledge of design tools
  • You are comfortable with technically diverse products, terminology & industry players
  • A natural problem solver, you are very organized and detail oriented
  • Being accountable for growth of self-serve revenue and/or sales pipeline motivates you
  • You thrive in an environment that favors autonomy
  • You are creative and passionate about facilitating authentic connections between Scaleway and our ecosystem and enjoy working with multiple teams
  • You are fully proficient in French, English and ideally Spanish

What the job involves

  • In order to support Scaleway's ambitious international growth strategy, the Marketing team is recruiting a Field Marketing Manager to coordinate and strengthen our marketing activities in the EMEA region, influencing revenue by designing and building field marketing programs
  • Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you’ll contribute to the team’s mission of influencing revenue through field initiatives, while improving processes to make our field marketing programs naturally scalable
  • We’ll count on you to ramp up quickly by supporting our internationalization strategy to increase the volume of leads in new markets, and by engaging with our core developer audience with authentic experiences
  • Drive lead generation and account creation through field-marketing initiatives across Europe
  • Research event partnership opportunities and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Oversee event logistics: coordinate with event producers, manage suppliers, work closely with our Design and Corporate Communication teams, coordinate teams on the field
  • Align with growth & sales stakeholders to make sure we reach out to relevant targets ahead of time through ads, emails, and personalized outreach
  • Oversee promotion and outreach efforts pre/post event, including direct mail, email and cold calling
  • Track, measure and communicate program results, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts
  • Amplify product launches by identifying relevant field opportunities aligned with our product roadmap
  • Set & maintain ambitious OKRs that draw a direct line between your the impact of your work and the company's growth strategy
