Who you are

  • At least 1 year of coordinating customer projects
  • Relevant industry background (i.e., HR, learning, higher education, organizational development, psychology, etc.) preferred
  • Project management training and/or certifications preferred
  • Very organized and demonstrated background documenting/defining project tasks, schedules, and plans
  • Ability to aggregate manual data and prepare/visualize in a report (e.g., survey data)
  • Very strong detail orientation, ability to track project delivery information. Ability to simplify and convey themes from a large amount of manual details
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
  • Composure with customers, including operating effectively in the face of problems, conflict, and ambiguity
  • Active listening and questioning skills, able to learn on the fly and incorporate stakeholder perspectives into work
  • Prioritization and time management, able to juggle a high volume of small projects with ease
  • Comfortable moving forward, being resourceful, and working independently in an environment of high change and ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Tech savvy with user experience on internal and external L&D, sales, and PPM technology / tools (e.g., PSA, Salesforce, Clarity, MS Project, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Intermediate-to-expert use of MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams/Sharepoint
  • Willingness to execute work at all levels, as needed for supporting customer success
  • University degree strongly preferred
  • Written and spoken English fluency necessary, fluency in a second language within geography strongly preferred

What the job involves

  • Coordinates multiple small-to-medium L&D projects, providing customer-facing assistance for multiple accounts and account teams; may lead one workstream/region for complex project or program deliveries
  • In partnership with sales and solution, gather a detailed knowledge of the project to ensure the customer expectations, requirements, and deliverables are planned, scheduled, and reporting is created
  • Comprehend and clarify project roles and structure to ensure effective project delivery
  • Work with project team to define and estimate their activities
  • Define and manage the project schedule, RAID logs, and other work trackers
  • Partner to draft, review, and/or execute communications with project team, customer, and participants
  • Accurate and detailed set up and monitoring of project, delivery, and financial information
  • Track the status of the project schedule, keep tracking up-to-date, report progress to the customer
  • Prepare detailed customer-facing project meeting agendas, facilitate project status calls, provide effective meeting summaries
  • Identify and escalate project changes to ensure decision making and issue resolution
  • Prepare reports by aggregating data and preparing visual reports for customers
  • Execute tasks and/or ensures project team is delivering on scheduling, logistics, product, and service delivery tasks (e.g., system set up, quality assurance, partnership with global resources and shared services)
  • May be assigned to work under the direction of a Project Manager or Program Manager on a large-scale, global program. Execute assigned workplan or own one or more workstreams, proactively partner and communicate with a complex project team
  • Proactively learn and incorporate LHH process and technology, project management best practices, and LHH project management tools, templates, and resources into project work
