Role
Who you are
- Passionate product manager with expertise in ERP and Finance & Accounting
- You love solving complex problems
- You have significant experience with ERP systems, particularly in finance and accounting modules, with a deep understanding of related processes
- You have 5-7 years of modern tech product management experience in an agile environment with a full-stack team, ideally in a SaaS context
- You have attention to detail in documentation and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc
- You have knowledge of data infrastructure and data integration, with enthusiasm for working with technical users as customers
- You have experience setting up complex structures (e.g., ERP, CRM) and a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and associated processes
- You are fluent in both English and ideally German
What the job involves
- Join Xentral as a Senior Product Manager and help us build the next-generation ERP system with our fantastic team. Enjoy short decision-making paths and collaborate with a motivated team of engineers, designers, and fellow product managers
- As a Senior Product Manager focused on enhancing our finance and accounting domain, you'll create accurate, user-friendly processes for seamless finance and accounting tasks
- Not only will you contribute to our success, but you'll also enhance the work experience for thousands of Xentral users daily
- You oversee the product pipeline in an agile environment, supporting your full-stack team through every sprint
- You maintain close contact with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to deeply understand customer needs
- You design and plan your product roadmap, keeping a well-organized backlog and the big picture in mind
- You break down complex requirements into clear specifications and proactively communicate with engineering and design colleagues
