Who you are

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a specialisation in lead generation and PPC advertising
  • The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies and possess the creativity and strategic mindset to develop and implement effective campaigns that align with our business objectives
  • Proven experience in managing lead generation campaigns and PPC advertising across various digital channels
  • Skilled in CMS specifically WordPress
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media advertising platforms, etc
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in campaign management across alternative channels such as WhatsApp or SMS
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in e-commerce or marketplace business models is a plus
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment is desirable

What the job involves

  • This role is instrumental in driving growth and engagement across various digital platforms, including but not limited to search engines, social media and alternative channels like WhatsApp, SMS and push notifications
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search engines, social media, email and alternative channels like WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications
  • Manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Meta Ads, social media advertising platforms, etc., to drive traffic, leads and conversions
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad targeting, and audience segmentation to optimise campaign performance and maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and implement optimisations to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs
  • Ownership for updates of company website and building of landing pages for campaign activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data science and analytics to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Implement marketing campaigns on alternative channels including WhatsApp, SMS and push notifications to diversify outreach and engagement
  • Analyse campaign performance on alternative channels and iterate strategies for continuous improvement
  • Develop creative assets and ad copy that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and conversions
  • Generate reports and insights to communicate campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in digital marketing to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness
