What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team for Amazon Business in Europe
  • This will include driving acquisition of new customers and engagement with existing customers at scale through multi-channel marketing programs and focused on industry-specific customer needs, that deliver the right message, at the right time, every time
  • You will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, primarily through owned email and onsite channels and will work closely with a wider range of Global and pan-European stakeholders across Product Marketing, Brand and Creative, Business Development, as well as external agencies
  • Own the development, production, and optimization of integrated campaigns, focused on key Amazon Business themes and products that are designed to drive customer acquisition and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Own the strategy, execution and goal setting for sector-specific marketing campaigns across the Customer funnel
  • Test and iterate across new and existing marketing campaigns and scales those which are successful/high-performing
  • Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define and implement integrated campaign strategies
  • Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution
  • Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to provide insights around campaign results, effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making for campaign optimizations
  • Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns

On top of this, the company's e-commerce division is facing profitability problems despite its 2023 post-IPO debt funding of 8 billion. It will need to find new ways to stay above their competitors.
