Who you are
- Proven ability to present and communicate compelling stories about your design process, decisions, and new ideas to project teams and client stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset
- A detail-oriented and strategic approach to project work, coupled with excellent time management and interpersonal skills

What the job involves
- As a Senior Visual Designer at Maker, you will lead the visual design aspects of our projects, driving the creative vision from start to finish
- You will be responsible for creating visually compelling and cohesive design deliverables using tools such as Figma, sketch, photoshop and more
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior designers will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring their growth and the quality of their work
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the project cycle, you will contribute to decision-making, reusability, issue mitigation, and the implementation of specifications
- Staying up-to-date with design trends and incorporating them into your work will be vital
- Additionally, you will design captivating web pages for our clients, aligning with their specific requirements
