Who you are

  • The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, can manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders, and understands the strategic big picture to bring the right resources together

  • At least 5+ years of related marketing/demand generation experience with expertise in event execution and strategy
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnel and tactics

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Experience using internal reporting tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Anaplan
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable working with remote teams located around the world
  • Experience working in telephony or business communications industry is a plus

What the job involves

  • Dialpad is searching for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to fill a key role in our marketing organization
  • This person will be responsible for developing and executing region specific plans to generate new leads and accelerate existing pipeline
  • This includes the planning and execution of in person and online events, digital campaigns, and Dialpad sponsorships at industry events
  • This is a cross-functional role across the sales team and marketing organization
  • Amplify Dialpad’s brand while driving pipeline and revenue through thought leadership, brand awareness and lead generation events, as well as educating and engaging with existing Dialpad customers
  • Develop a marketing strategy specific to each region, partnering with Dialpad’s Marketing Operations team to determine success criteria and track/analyze results - both immediately following the campaign and over time as deals progress
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and the Marketing teams - as well as agency partners and industry vendors
  • Own Dialpad’s field events including content development, internal team communications and prep, event promotion, and execution
  • Attend larger events in person, acting as the onsite lead and face of Dialpad by welcoming and interacting with customer and executive attendees
  • Outline registration and attendee goals for each campaign and create a promotion plan to achieve those goals
  • Act as a project manager for each campaign and hold internal stakeholders accountable for deliverables
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Content teams to develop the messaging and content for each campaign
  • Research and identify opportunities for Dialpad to participate/sponsor industry events
