What the job involves

  • As Mirakl keeps growing as a business and a scale-up company, our People Team (~40 people) is looking for a talented People Partner (HRBP) to guide our Mirakl Workers (~750 people)
  • As our People Partner in a team of 4 people, you'll be a cornerstone of our People Team, driving collaborative strategies that not only accommodate our growth but also support our departments
  • Forge dynamic partnerships with your assigned department leaders, becoming their go-to advisor for all things scaling – from organizational design to talent management
  • Play a pivotal role in learning & development projects like our Global Leadership & Management Program
  • Conduct strategic projects around career path, career development, internal & external benchmarks, comp & ben
  • Guide all over the year our headcount planning and organizational structuring, collaborating closely with the leadership, Finance, and People teams
  • Partner with leaders to understand and fulfill the talent requirements of their teams, ensuring we have the right people in the right places
  • Empower our managers through expert advice on a spectrum of employee matters, from performance discussions to complex employee relations issues
  • Work alongside the global People Team to conceive, design,
  • And execute key strategic People initiatives. This includes leading annual performance and compensation reviews, and engaging in feedback through surveys

Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this : if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.

Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 400 companies develop new marketplaces to drive adoption of their products. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises including Best Buy Canada, Carrefour and Office Depot – as well as industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.

Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding, most recently closing a Series E round at a valuation exceeding $3 billion. This investment is being used to triple the size of its engineering team and double its customer success staff headcount. With very solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market.
