Role

Who you are

  • You are a finance systems expert in delivering technical solutions supporting core accounting processes, release process and change management
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite and Coupa. Experience with Anaplan, Coupa Pay, Expensify, Xactly etc are plus
  • NetSuite Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards, including advanced saved search and report building experience
  • Working knowledge of Netsuite's advanced financials, fixed asset management, advanced inter-company, multi-book accounting, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteFlow
  • Coupa Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, privileged access, content groups, multiple charts of accounts, commodities, dynamic approval chains, custom objects, tax codes, tolerances, custom workflows, cXML and punch-out supplier configuration, and report building
  • Working knowledge of Coupa's CSP, SIM, and Pay modules
  • Experience with global system implementations and enhancements that support localization and international expansion
  • Knowledge of core accounting processes such as procure to pay, record to report, hire to retire
  • Experience with project management concepts and tools such as Jira, Confluence etc

What the job involves

  • As a Senior Finance Systems Analyst you will provide technical and functional support to our users across Procurement, Corporate and International Accounting, FP&A, Sales Compensation, and Payroll
  • You will work across the organization with Finance and Legal teams collaborating on complex implementation, integration, and operational programs to support our hyper-growth
  • You will report to our Director of Business Systems & Data and this role is open to remote candidates in the United States
  • Architect, configure, and support core finance system solutions to improve procure-to-pay and corporate accounting operations
  • Use deep systems expertise to resolve technical issues and redesign processes to improve operational efficiency through automation; evaluate system alternatives and effects on functionality, effort, performance, and operations
  • Help develop scalable financial processes related to month-end and quarter-end close, including accruals and reporting
  • Ensure procedures, processes, and proper change controls are followed on all production changes and implementation projects
  • Oversee user access management and establish quarterly review process to resolve SOD conflicts and certify compliance
  • Support SOX, ITGC, and change management frameworks to ensure IT control compliance
  • Enhance and sustain business process governance associated with IT general controls associated with People Systems that are in scope of compliance initiatives
  • Work with Finance business users and Finance Systems team prioritizing backlog and roadmap initiatives while supporting professional development
