  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, experience in corporate gifting sales such as ASI, PPAI preferred
  • Proven track record of generating a book of business & driving sales growth
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities at Enterprise level
  • Proven track record of successfully positioning and selling solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
  • Experience with CRM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Outside-of-the-box thinker who is motivated by results
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and an ability to work independently and competitively in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Knowledge of print, promotional, and apparel industries preferred
  • Excellent proactive, solution oriented, problem-solving skills and flexibility
  • Strong verbal and written communication with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

What the job involves

  • As an Account Executive you will be responsible for driving meaningful sales growth in Quince’s corporate gifting and promotional segment
  • Develop, manage, and grow the corporate gifting and promotional client base and sales pipeline
  • Develop and execute a gifting and promotional sales strategy across the United States
  • Leverage your existing book of business to close large volume orders across all Quince products
  • Promote Quince to prospective and existing gifting and promotional clients through a variety of outreach opportunities to include emails, telephone contacts, and tradeshows
  • Leverage existing relationships with companies and distributors to drive large volume sales and manage both existing and new project opportunities
  • Conduct continuous follow-up on outstanding leads and identify new opportunities to generate additional sales
  • Effectively represent Quince through outstanding product knowledge and outstanding service
  • Partner with customer care and operations to ensure best in class service is being provided
  • Proactively seek opportunities for creative expansion within the segment
  • Maintain/track your business pipeline in a sales software
  • Create and process orders and troubleshoot from order creation to delivery with help from Quince’s customer care and operations teams
