Who you are

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR roles, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Leadership: Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive business-focused HR strategies
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable HR strategies

What the job involves

  • As the Head of HR - Central team you will be a strategic partner to our leadership team, driving HR initiatives that align with our business goals and fostering a culture where every employee can thrive
  • With a focus on global functions (Product, Tech, Data, Legal..) You will lead the HR function within your scope, addressing the strategic, operational, and tactical HR needs of the organisation
  • Your role will involve close collaboration with senior leaders, coaching managers, and developing HR policies that support our fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth. Provide thought leadership on organisational and people-related strategies
  • HR Expertise: Deliver HR expertise in organisational development, performance management, employee relations, and development. Ensure the implementation of HR best practices across the organisation
  • Talent Development: Lead performance reviews and talent calibration within your scope. Support employees in their career growth and skills development, creating opportunities for internal mobility
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse employee data such as compensation, job levels, and attrition to guide decision-making. Provide proactive solutions based on data insights
  • Process Implementation: Lead the implementation of core HR processes, including performance calibration, compensation cycles, and exit interviews. Ensure that these processes are legally compliant and executed professionally
  • HR Programs: Participate in the continuous development and improvement of HR programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organisation
  • Cultural Stewardship: Foster a culture of development and growth, empowering managers to build and grow their teams. Promote a workplace where every employee feels valued and supported
  • Onboarding: Before easing into your new role, you’ll spend your first week learning about our culture, products, and services with other onboardees at our office in Paris

  • Screening with Chloé, Senior TA Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30-45 minutes)
  • Interview with Barbara, Chief Human Resources Manager also your future manager, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (60 minutes)
  • Business case with Richard (VP HR) and one person from the business
  • Final interview with Alexandre Fretti, Co-CEO
