Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
- 10+ years experience building and shipping high-quality consumer products
- 4+ years experience successfully leading and growing high performing product teams
- Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
- Ability to balance strategic with creative decision making
- Passion for financial products, with past experience working at a brokerage or fintech company
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with and curiosity about Options trading

- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing coaching and strategic guidance
- Partner with design, research, engineering and ops leadership to guide Brokerage trading teams to build products focused on helping our customers reach their financial goals
- Establish a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company, which meet the most important needs of our customers
- Work with communications, content and marketing teams to strengthen our brand messaging and develop strategies to launch products that are easy to understand and use
- Ensure products are delivered on time with an extremely high bar for quality of experience
