Role

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven 5+ years experience in product competitive intelligence, market research, business analysis, or a related role in Product or Engineering
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Profound knowledge of B2B SaaS products and their technological components, including the latest AI technologies (Speech-To-Text, Text-To-Speech, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models)
  • Strong communication skills in English (C1) and optionally, German

What the job involves

  • As a Competitive Intelligence Analyst(f/m/d)*, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating actionable intelligence about our competitors, the market environment, and industry trends to support our strategic planning and decision-making processes
  • You will play a key role to guide the development of new products or improvements to existing ones, ensuring they meet market needs
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of competitors’ products, services, market presence, and strategies
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that impact the competitive landscape
  • Develop regular reports and presentations on competitive intelligence findings for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and strategic planning, to provide insights and support informed decision-making
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in competitive intelligence
  • Based on the competitive landscape insights, you are closely collaborating with Product marketing, Product sales, and the internal expansion team (applying the insights to our product portfolio)
