Who you are

  • Experience in selling in a SaaS environment
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager with a track record of success
  • Prior experience working in/with restaurants is a plus!

What the job involves

  • As a Head of Account Management, you manage a team of Account Managers who are responsible for welcoming customers onto our platform and being able to understand different customer needs, effectively communicating our value proposition, and build out a fully scoped solution for them to be successful
  • Manage the overall pipeline of new and existing customers joining the platform
  • Collaborate with the Head of Direct Sales to ensure the handover process from deal to partnership is as smooth and effective as possible
  • Refine and optimize current processes including all tools used to connect and maintain customer relationships
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of high performing Account Managers
  • Develop each team member to increase adoption of the platform and payments across existing customers
  • Ensuring clear communications between the rest of the sales team - Collaborate with the team to ensure Setup checklists are completed and customers are handed over properly
  • Continue to grow the customer base through up- and cross selling opportunities by looking at market opportunities and developing our team to effectively provide solutions to our existing customer base
  • Ensure the team exceeds its monthly MRR and KPI targets
  • Analyze sales forecasts, call volume and pipelines for overall team and individuals
  • Develop and hire team members for current and future opportunities
  • Listen to calls and demonstrations and provide feedback to the team
  • Creating new strategies to help grow revenue streams for the Account Management team
  • Manage high level deals with large organizations as well as well known brands
