Role

Who you are

  • You have a strong B2B sales record & you want to build a SaaS sales function from the ground up
  • You are happy to build your own pipeline and don't mind doing the hard things
  • You can complex sales cycles with the world’s leading mid-market and enterprise tech businesses (~300-10k+ employees), initially securing mid-five and then low-six figure deals
  • You are a master of Discovery calls and love getting to the root of the problem to build rock solid business cases
  • You are go-getter, work fast and are comfortable with lots of autonomy, but are still a team player
  • You’re happy to execute day-to-day sales and close deals alongside your other responsibilities. You’ll be part of a lean team, and this is not the role for you if you only want to work on strategy & management
  • Background in closing deals for at least 3 years
  • Background in investment Consulting, Banking or VC is a big plus
  • You are happy making high-impact decisions with imperfect information
  • You are highly motivated and willing to learn about the space we operate in and the businesses we sell to

What the job involves

  • You’ll be the first 'quota-carrier' at one of Europe’s most promising early-stage companies working alongside an experienced team who have done this before & worked with the best investors and teams out there
  • You’ll build & manage our sales pipeline, close deals, and partner with our CEO on GTM strategy as we expand our ideal customer profile & find success in other sectors and geographies…hopefully, you’ll manage a geography/sector/team in the next 12 months
  • You will be working closely with the CEO to build out the sales function, while shaping our go-to-market strategy and executing on it
  • This role will report directly to the CEO, and you'll have the opportunity to establish yourself as a Sales leader at Userled
  • As Userled scales its GTM function, you’ll have an outsized impact on the business either bringing in the largest, most strategic customers or building out future teams as we expand globally. We operate as a meritocracy & there are no limits to your growth

Digital marketing mainly relies on finding, selecting and reviewing ad keywords in the hope of capturing attention, but even when this approach does pique someone's curiosity enough to click on a link it usually redirects them to a bland, one-size-fits-all website. Userled exists to make sure this marketing spend isn't wasted using templates to generate personalised websites based on each individual marketing campaign.

Userled approaches this with a streamlined no-code product, allowing marketing teams to construct customer journeys that greatly increase conversion rates and allow companies to provide a more personal and relevant experience for their communities. The platform helps businesses reduce the delivery time of buyer experiences, enabling the creation of swift and impactful engagement strategies while monitoring the impact of personalisation on their pipeline seamlessly.

With Google and Apple announcing the deprecation of 3rd party cookies, a market downturn & increased focus on capital efficiency make Userled even more vital a tool for companies. It has grown a respectable client base including the likes of Firebolt and Vanta. Its next steps will be to build towards a public release and to scale its operations. With a product that is ticking a lot of boxes for product and marketing teams, Userled is well poised to grow into a significant business.
