Who you are
- We are looking for a curious and driven incoming graduate to join us as our People Analytics Associate
Desirable
- Master’s Degree in IO or Cognitive Psychology, Learning Sciences, or Human Resources
- Previous internship or work experience in HR preferred
What the job involves
- This person will play a key role in driving our people operation initiatives by turning data into actionable insights to improve the Jerrian experience
- Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources (ex. employee surveys, performance management systems, HRIS, etc.) to help our People Team make informed and strategic decisions
- Analyze employee feedback and performance reviews to assess overall satisfaction and discover areas of improvement
- Develop and visualize metrics to track effectiveness of our current People initiatives
- Collaborate with the People team, Talent Acquisition team, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support ongoing and future projects
- Conduct and report competitive market analyses to compare Jerry’s organization practices with industry standards and competitors
