Who you are

  • 5-10 years of industry and/or association partner alliance management experience, preferably at A SaaS company
  • Construction industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong executive presence and public speaking skills
  • Self-starter who can proactively move priorities forward with minimal supervision, displaying excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Commitment to excellence, integrity, high energy, and collaboration
  • Ability to quickly and thoroughly gain an understanding of the construction technology ecosystem
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite

What the job involves

  • We are looking for an Industry Partnerships Manager to join the Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll support and grow Procore’s relationships with industry associations and strategic industry partners
  • You’ll oversee the development and management of both existing and new industry partners, helping grow relationships and maximize their value
  • A successful Industry Partner Manager will proactively execute the partner strategy and drive engagement based on data-driven findings
  • You will work cross-functionally to drive partner success. You can establish priorities and successfully execute multiple projects with ease
  • This position reports to the Director of Industry Partnerships & Alliances and will be based in our London office
  • Design and augment custom contractual agreements positioning Procore as a preferred partner with tight alignment to business objectives
  • Establish and grow relationships with stakeholders throughout partner organizations to increase buy-in and investment in the Procore relationship
  • Evaluate key country/regional activities to deepen national programs at a local level
  • Develop omni-channel marketing media plans to increase Brand awareness and perception while simultaneously managing turnkey execution of activations directly with and through marketing counterparts
  • Influence partner-sourced revenue through your diversity of partnerships to assist in the delivery of quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  • Track and manage partner sourced sales opportunities alongside our sales teams to increase win rates, grow opportunity size and accelerate time to close
  • Manage day-to-day partner relations and field requests from partners
  • Collect and categorize Industry-based knowledge and work closely with enablement teams to deliver important Industry insights for the business
  • Regularly engage at industry association membership events to represent Procore and the value of our partnership
  • Present or speak on the value of the Procore partnership to our target markets connecting important Industry knowledge with product value propositions
  • Evangelize the partnership joint value proposition with marketing, sales and customer success teams to ensure awareness and collaboration
