• 4+ years as a (technical) product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful results
• Experience with managing complex data driven products & participation in technical discussions with engineers/data scientists as well as non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets
• You are proactive, intellectually curious, and self driven
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills to surface stakeholder needs, explain product capabilities and communicate roadmap decisions in a clear and concise way

• Manage the product roadmap by capturing insights from different sources such as big data and stakeholders
• Prioritize work so your team is always working on the most impactful projects
• Constantly evaluate if the solutions you’re building are helping you achieve the team goals through quantitative and qualitative data
• Perform A/B testing in collaboration with product analysts and data scientists to validate assumptions and improvements
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders from 40+ different countries to uncover problem areas and stay on top of them
• Manage expectations of stakeholders and be transparent on progress and priorities
