Who you are

  • 5 years of experience with data analytics
  • Experience with creating clear and concise reports and the management of recurring reports
  • Experience with writing requirements in order to create a unified and coherent tracking system
  • SQL knowledge
  • Ability to identify issues in reports or tracking systems and propose effective solutions
  • Ability to thrive in an adaptive, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Bold and willing to speak up if something is wrong
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)

Desirable

  • Experience with any of the following would be a plus: Grafana, Tableau, PowerBI, Python
  • Have a bachelor's degree in fields such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or related disciplines

  • As a Data Analyst within our Product Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes to enhance the performance and effectiveness of our products
  • This is a great opportunity for a passionate Data Analyst who is excited to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our rapidly growing company
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports to provide insights into product performance, user behavior, and operational efficiency
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
  • Support in developing and maintaining data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources
  • Proactively identify and address data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, presentations, and reports
