Who you are

  • Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies - STD, STP
  • Experience with work item tools like Jira
  • Knowledge of SQL queries
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with a strong knowledge of:
  • JavaScript/TypeScript - programming language
  • Mocha/Jest - or any other test runner
  • Selenium/WDIO/Cypress or any other tool for E2E testing
  • Axios/Got/Postman or any other tool for REST API testing
  • CI/CD processes
  • Excel in the art of designing, writing, running, maintaining and debugging applications in one or more of the technologies listed above
  • Are a parallel working professional - Manual Testing and Automation Testing are both your preferred methods!
  • Thrive in a collaborative, remote-first work culture where teamwork, camaraderie, and being Together Everywhere are key
  • Embrace independence and take ownership of your projects, yet also excel in a team setting and love to contribute
  • Communicate complex ideas in English with ease and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Be a part of a truly cross-functional team; Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers and QA’s
  • Participate in product planning (from discovery all the way to deployment); we want your input at all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle!
  • Collaborate! Our teams work together to develop robust new features, API’s, continuously improve our industry-leading products and find and fix any bugs at Deel Speed
