  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, development, and execution to effectively address SMB needs
  • This involves collaborating cross-functionally, conducting comprehensive user and market research, and translating insights into actionable plans. Your primary objective is to cultivate a bespoke platform that enables EverCommerce's customers to attain business success while earning rewards
  • Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market needs
  • Act as the primary evangelist for the product, advocating internally and externally to drive awareness and adoption
  • Deeply understand vendor needs to craft a balanced experience that fulfills the requirements of both users and vendors within the platform
  • Harness cutting-edge technology to implement a recommendation and matching system, enriching user experience and outcomes through advanced algorithms and analytics
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify market trends, opportunities, and user needs
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business priorities, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, support, and sales to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Lead Agile methodologies within the team, fostering efficiency and meeting Key Results with a strong emphasis on delivering customer value incrementally
  • Utilize principles like behavioral economics to organically encourage positive end-user behavior
  • Establish, track, and analyze metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the product
