Who you are
- Education: Bachelors in finance, accounting or similar
- Relevant experience: 4-7 years of relevant experience; ideally experience at high-growth organizations, investment banks, or consulting firms
- Financial Modeling Expertise: Be an expert in developing and maintaining financial models in Excel / Google Sheets, and understand GAAP financial statements. Prior experience in implementation and/or management of a budgeting and planning software is a plus
- Data Analysis Expertise: Be an expert in analyzing data and creating charts, in either Excel, Google Sheets, or another data analysis tool
- Strategic Thinking: Proactively perform strategic analysis and make data-driven recommendations that shape the future of the business
- Continuous Learning and Curiosity: Demonstrate genuine curiosity with a strong desire to continuously learn and help others grow
- Collaborative Communication: Possess a collaborative style and the ability to communicate with executives across the organization

What the job involves
- We are looking for an FP&A Lead to partner with executive leaders across the company to provide insights into our financial performance
- In this position, you will lead budgeting, investor reporting, and financial analysis for key stakeholders across Notable

- We leverage financial information to ask informed questions, make better decisions, and achieve our lofty aspiration to better healthcare for humanity
- Lead Annual Budgeting and Quarterly Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
- Financial & Operational Reporting: Develop and present monthly financial reporting packages, quarterly board materials, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the executive leadership team and Board of Directors
- Department Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand and address their financial requirements, providing insights and support to drive financial performance
- Sales and Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to analyze the sales pipeline, historical win rates, and customer pricing to ensure data-driven decision-making
- Cash Management: Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, driving optimal cash management and funding strategies
- KPI Dashboard Improvement: Lead the enhancement of KPI dashboards in Mosaic, ensuring they effectively support leaders across the organization in monitoring their performance metrics
- Workflow Ownership: Take full ownership of your workflows, identifying and removing any obstacles that may hinder progress. We believe in empowering our team members to drive success
- Strategic Finance Processes: Build out other strategic finance processes and lead ambitious projects that shape the future of the business
Our take
Modern medical technology is amazing but administration has not been able to keep up, with doctors ands surgeons still bogged down in repetitive paperwork keeping them from seeing more patients. Notable exists to solve this problem with intelligent automation, relieving doctors of up to 70 minutes per day of administrative tasks and eliminating input errors or missed patient requirements.
While other software companies such as UiPath are trying to reduce repetitive workloads through automation, Notable stands out due to its focus on the needs of medical practictioners in particular, and because of its solution's ease of integration into existing systems thanks to its focus on APIs. This has grown it a customer base of thousands of medical care sites, with 100% positive reviews for its product.
Notable has raised large amounts of funding which it has invested in scaling its operations, mainly in healthcare and the US. But it is also investigating additional uses for its technology, moving into adjacent market sectors and preparing for overseas expansion, releasing an AI assistant for patient engagement and staff workflows in 2023. As skilled administrative staff becomes harder to come by but the need for medical care only increases, the demand for Notable's product is set to grow.
