Who you are

  • Experience in a fast-paced company, preferably B2B in the software or SaaS environment (working with ERPs and financial services is a major plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business; Master’s degree, a plus
  • Ability to review marketing analysis to uncover underlying drivers, assess potential impact, and design metrics
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Marketing automation experience a significant plus point – ideally Pardot
  • Proficient in utilizing modern sales and marketing tools and systems (i.e. Salesforce, SalesLoft, Wrike, Airtable, Tableau etc.)
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to spin multiple plates concurrently
  • Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business, at all-levels, and with agencies, customers and professionals outside the business
  • Experience working with global teams across the US, Europe and APAC, a plus
  • Background checks are required for employment with insightsoftware, where permitted by country, state/province

What the job involves

  • Insightsoftware’s expansion has created the need for a talented Growth Marketing Manager
  • Reporting into the Director, Growth Marketing EMEA, this role is accountable for development of end-to-end strategic marketing plans to support both, net new growth and customer growth
  • The ideal candidate deeply understands how to develop strategic marketing programs and leverage appropriate value propositions, channels and tactics in order to generate full-funnel demand and achieve defined marketing targets and business outcomes
  • You'll be responsible for defining the strategy and executing multiple marketing campaigns from start to end, using direct and digital marketing techniques supported by data analysis to improve our overall results
  • In this cross-functional role, you'll collaborate with enablement, product, sales, and functional areas to influence our marketing efforts and apply best practices for new sales and usage growth
  • Own the regional Growth Marketing Strategy, identifying market trends, target audiences, competitor landscape and other relative information to support regional growth plans
  • Develop multiple marketing campaigns from start to end, including researching topics, defying the strategy, writing content, executing the campaign and liaising with marketing operations, design and digital when needed. Ensure all activities are completed in time and meet expectations
  • Monitor campaign performance and reporting on key metrics, including MQLs, pipeline and bookings generation, to identify areas of improvement continuously
  • Support and work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing-sales alignment, top of funnel campaign awareness & pipeline uplift
  • Manage third parties activities, including events and webinars, and liaise with external and internal stakeholder to maximize each activity's ROI
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly
  • Contribute to the daily conversation of how to best execute and measure webinar, email, and other marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Success to increase transparency, communication, and campaign success
