Who you are
- 3+ years of Project / Program Management experience in an Agile environment
- Proven track record of shipping quality products on time
- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Tracking and communicating project status, including risks, contingencies, and mitigation plans
- Strong organization, communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, and other project management software
- BA degree in technical field
- An ideal candidate will bring technical, program management, and leadership experience
What the job involves
- As a Technical Program Manager for the D2C platform, you’ll work closely with teammates from engineering, design, and partnerships on project planning and delivering new Commerce web-sites and features across multiple T2 labels
- Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with partners in Product, Partnerships and QA
- Plan and facilitate effective core Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint demos and retrospectives
- Remove impediments for the team to enable them to do their best work
- Advocate for best practice and quality and be a servant leader for the team
- Drive continuous team improvement through retrospectives and process improvements
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
