- Clear understanding of architectural principles and their application
- Familiarity with end-to-end business processes and data’s impact on them

- Effective collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading design and architecture review meetings

- Excellent skills with Python, SQL, or similar languages
- A deep understanding of AWS, Snowflake, and dbt
- Experience with visualization or reporting tools like Tableau, Sigma

- You will manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and align them with what we're building
- The team’s goal is to find value quickly as the business is continually changing, and we need to adapt to their needs
- We’re aligning with GTM in a more direct way, which is typically a rapidly moving organization
- The team works in AWS, Postgres, Snowflake, and dbt
- Apply understanding of architectural principles with minimal guidance
- Understand and map end-to-end business processes in the relevant domain
- Consider regulatory guidelines like SOX, GDPR, and CCPA in solution design
- Model simple processes and contribute to architecture review meetings
- Evaluate solutions/tools and assess build vs. buy decisions
- Design solutions spanning multiple products/technologies with guidance
- View solutions from various stakeholder viewpoints and address their requirements
- Design extensible and future-proof solutions to a practical extent
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders and present complex concepts effectively
- Lead design and architecture review meetings for small to medium-complexity solutions
- Seek continuous improvement in architectural knowledge and stakeholder management skills
