Senior Frontend Software Engineer, Telnyx

• You relish the interaction details that make products delightful, the technical challenges involved in building a highly performant web app, and the research, experimentation and coaching that goes into applying better systems of abstraction in a collaborative codebase
• Product intuition and empathy with the user are as much of a necessity as applied technical knowledge of best practices in frontend engineering
• 4+ years of professional experience developing and deploying production-grade web applications using Next.js and React.js
• Deep understanding of Next.js features like server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), API routes, and incremental static regeneration (ISR)
• Proven experience deploying applications on Vercel and working with its platform features (e.g., previews, analytics, edge functions)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices in a front-end context
• Strong familiarity with CSS-in-JS solutions (ideally Stitches) and hands-on experience or enthusiasm for Tailwind CSS
• Proficient in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest or similar
• Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications
• Comfortable working in Agile or Lean development environments with tools like Jira, GitHub Projects, or similar
