Professional Services Consultant, Trintech

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in either Finance or Technology streams preferred
• 2 – 5 years minimum experience preferred, preferably in financial operations or project management
• Ability to prepare & present clear business & technical analysis
• Software consulting & Implementation experience preferred
• In-house experience with design/implementation of R2R solutions preferred
• Exposure to BPO, SSC, in-house SCs processes
• Second European language (French, Spanish, German)

• As a Consultant, you will engage independently with clients to implement Trintech’s suite of software applications
• You will generally work as a part of a team, to help deliver successful projects to customers based in the UK/EMEA region
• You will lead smaller implementation projects by being the key customer contact for project management and planning activities, you will support Junior Consultants and Project Managers on configuration and development activities
• As you advance your knowledge of the Trintech software and methodology, you will be given the opportunity to manage projects with higher risk elements, mentor newer team members and enhance skills with a view to advance to the role of senior consultant. Senior Consultants manage project teams and deliver the more complex and higher risk projects
• Key objectives are to implement and configure Trintech’s software solutions as a part of team, in accordance with the project scope, timeframe, manage project issues and customer expectations, deliver on-time solutions, and maintain/improve high customer satisfaction

• Interest in technology, finance and the Record to Report marketplace
• Working knowledge of financial operations and applications
• Ability to interact with members of customer’s accounting and finance teams
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects effectively and efficiently
• Ability to effectively communicate in verbal & written formats
• Understanding of project methodologies & techniques
• Strong work ethic with a collaborative approach to working
• Willingness to travel, at times up to 50% per month
• Ability to work in high-pressure and fast response situations
