Who you are
- Demonstrated success in applying emerging technologies into products at fast-growing companies
- Strong product sense and ability to collaborate and get buy-in from stakeholders while setting a long term vision
- Strong analytical skills to define product and model development strategy, drive decision making, and enable trade-off discussions grounded in data and qualitative feedback
- Previous experience in applied research and product incubation is a plus but not required
- Ability to lead and operate in ambiguous environments and execute with urgency

What the job involves
- As the Product Manager for Visual AI you’ll help build what’s next, working on foundational capabilities for visual generation as well as the product applications that solve Pinner and Advertiser problems
- Develop and execute a cohesive strategy for Generative Visual capabilities and applications in close partnership with Research, Product, Engineering, Design, Executive, and other cross functional stakeholders
- Build innovative features and prototypes applying emerging technologies to solve Pinner and Business problems
- Collaborate with a range of Product teams to create a comprehensive research and development roadmap that explore applications of emerging AI visual generative technologies that can deliver significant advancements
- Work cross functionally with a wide range of partner disciplines, eg. engineering, design, data science, marketing, legal, and sales

Having restructured to face a challenging climate, it is well-positioned to resume its growth, which has increased consistently year on year. Its immediate goals are to continue to grow its user base and expand the uptake of its short video product, which it aims to monetize.
