What the job involves

  • The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth from new customers in addition to existing clients and partners
  • The Director will be required to develop strategic sales plans and look at ways we can leverage data and new technologies to bring our visual content solutions to a wider audience
  • This role requires a dynamic self-starter with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and ideally an understanding of the sport and entertainment industry, brand marketing, and brand partnerships
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Build a target list of leads and leverage the subject matter experts within the business to drive long-term strategic partnerships, leading to long-term revenue opportunities in new areas
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies
  • Implement business strategy across the target segment, whether cross-selling, upselling, discount management, successfully raising pricing, or bringing new, fee-based products or features to market
  • Deliver detailed selling plans at least twice yearly, outlining specific targets, contact strategy, KPIs for success, and points of adjustment
  • Consistently deliver required business reports accurately and on time
  • Meet required monthly Salesforce CRM KPIs
  • Upload a forecast (Outlook) that is +/-10% of what is delivered in the month
