Who you are

  • 5+ years of closing sales experience in a tech-oriented B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
  • A bonus is knowledge of technologies like Docker, Containers and Kubernetes
  • Be a hunter by nature in the Saas environment
  • Solid sales qualification experience, utilizing a consultative mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Aptitude to navigate complex organisations and hierarchies, and evidence of building multiple referenceable supporters
  • Can relate technical concepts to both non-technical and technical personas
  • Passionate, curious and with a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Coachable, with a hunger to learn and develop
  • Self-starter who is independent and has the ability to work in a startup environment
  • A true team player, with strong moral values that benefits the mutual success of the team, not only the individual
  • Expect (and hopefully enjoy) frequent travel
  • Experience with value-based selling methodologies like Force Management

What the job involves

  • Build and execute strategic pipeline plans
  • Identify and build champions within target accounts to help them identify and execute transformational change within their company
  • Work closely with Sales Development and be responsible for lead generation within net new accounts
  • When structuring deals, you’ll work with key team members including Sales Engineering, Client Success, and Product teams to ensure the long term customer success
  • Present the solution features and benefits to prospects
  • Develop sales plans to strategically grow and expand the accounts within assigned geography
  • Manage accurate monthly revenue forecasts & consistently exceed revenue targets

The understanding of AI capabilities is growing by the day though remains fairly intimidating for many companies, even though its possibilities could be transformational for business. Run:AI is a platform designed to help just that.

The company was founded by two avid ML & DL researchers noticing the gap in understanding and compute power. Run:AI’s appealing factor is its end-to-end infrastructure for companies to then deploy, creating a very attractive simple resource to obtain for their business.

Founded in 2018 the company has won several awards including being in the 2021 AI top 100. Run:AI has acquired a substantial amount of funding over it’s lifetime which has seen it through several successful partnerships and continues to support humanity’s development through AI. The company saw a 9x increase in Annual Recurring Revenue between 2022 and 2023, speaking to the success and fast scaling of the business. It’ll be exciting to see how this continues.
