What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on our EverHealth Products
  • EverHealth consists of five SaaS products; DrChrono, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, and MDTec, combined these products offer end to end solutions for the health care industry
  • In this role, you are responsible for responding to inbound leads generated through our website and strategic marketing efforts
  • You are responsible for attaining key data to qualify prospects and generating “sales ready” qualified opportunities for Account Executives to close new business
  • The SDR role is integral for company growth, and you will work closely with both marketing and sales to help grow DrChrono and EverHealth
  • Successful Sales Development Representatives are promoted into a number of roles depending on their strengths and interests
  • Engage and qualify warm inbound leads and pass on opportunities to the Sales Account Executives through Salesforce
  • Engage and revive old leads to create new opportunities for the Account Executives
  • Run product webinars for freemium users introducing them to DrChrono and the solutions we have for their needs using Zoom
  • Maintain relationships with our prospects and users until they are ready to qualify Consistently meet team objectives by achieving your qualification quota
  • Work closely with the sales team on key projects like grassroots marketing, competitor matrixes, and consumer research to optimize the sales process
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads while creating interest with old leads
