Head of Brand, Atom Learning

• You have a strong track record in brand management / brand marketing / brand strategy
• You've experienced owning a company’s brand strategy
• You have experience growing, training and managing a team

• As Head of Brand you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and take complete ownership of the brand strategy and ultimately grow Atom into a household brand
• You will lead a growing team of designers, marketers and communications specialists to develop Atom’s brand, ensuring we are increasingly engaging and relevant to our target market
• Create, maintain and plan the execution of our brand strategy
• Be responsible for visual identity of the brand
• Be responsible for tone of voice
• Be the brand guardian - with oversight over all creative output, from brand assets to landing page design
• Manage brand diagnosis - we know the best brands are built on solid research and this role is responsible for collecting the right kinds of data to inform our decision making
• Line manage the brand team. The team is currently made up of content marketers, designers and comms specialists, but there will be an opportunity to grow the team as you see fit
• Run an efficient content production team
• Recruit, train and inspire a growing team

Atom Learning is an Edtech platform that uses AI to personalise education. It was founded after Jake O’Keeffe and Alex Hatvany became frustrated by the inequality in education and saw a potential to use technology to reduce the gap between those most and least privileged.
