• Must be native to Web3 and have experience and interest in investing in Web3 or DeFi
• Requires 5-8 years of Product Design experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent project/portfolio experience

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer to join the OKX Web3 team, where you will help guide the team's attention to UX craft and lead cross-functional design alignment and efficiency across our global apps
• As part of this role, you will be part of a world-class team driving the launch of an innovative Web3 product feature
• Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with our global design, product, creative, strategy, engineering, and research teams to elevate the cutting edge of our product offerings
• Your contributions will steer development and implementation of new technological concepts in crypto, deliver designs aligned with business objectives
• As a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, you should excel in adaptability and conversing with stakeholders, while continuing to maintain a focus on excellent user experience and product quality
• Leverage data, insights, and user feedback to bring human voices into problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeys
• Generate ideas quickly, and connect regularly with customers to validate directions
• Participate in design critiques and present work in product leadership feedback meetings
• Own end-to-end design quality, which includes advocating for UX craft and users
• Co-lead the product development process, influencing strategic decisions improve the overall product experience, and ensure consistency
• Partner with content designers, visual designers, product managers, user researchers, and engineers across markets to build and ship experiences that represent the company vision
• Work across teams to drive consensus and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals
