Who you are
- You're confident using email, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X) and use various social platforms personally
- You're keen to work in a fast paced and rapidly evolving company
- Passionate about keeping up with the ever-changing digital media landscape and well-versed in the dynamic trends in social media, with a specific focus on the Gen-Z demographic.
- You have very strong communication skills
- You're collaborative and personable, happy to help out wherever needed

What the job involves
- Ownership of our TikTok account & creating engaging content
- Generate & categorise user insights & trends
- Developing a strong understanding of our users
- Manage and engage our community of over 1M users
- Identify and create new ways to enhance visibility and engagement
- Helping to manage our social platforms
- Using platforms such as; Figma, Notion & Slack

Our take
Lapse is on a mission to reinvent how people socialise with friends. Its social disposable camera allows users to share a virtual role of film with friends, limiting them to 36 snaps that are hidden once they're taken. Then, 48 hours later, the snaps will be developed and shared with their group all at the same time.
Aiming to become the next big social network, Lapse looks to capitalise on the fondness and nostalgia for analogue photography - take the rise and fall, and rise again, of Polaroid and Instax cameras - and give it a modern tech twist.
The company is backed by some of the top VCs in Europe who have backed the likes of Stripe, Klarna, Lime, and Tide, and has completed one of the fastest-ever consumer social funding rounds. With the product currently in beta, Lapse is looking to grow its small but ambitious team and get ready to launch its product to the masses.
