What the job involves
- Develop and apply workplace knowledge, building toward a specification in sales and marketing. Key focus areas will include sales lead distribution between partners and sales operations as well as establishing a lead tracking process through available sales tools
- Learn how OEM Solutions partners with customers and resellers to innovate and deliver unique hardware, software and services solutions
- Partner with support organizations to learn operations and sales tools including Salesforce.com
- Engage with sales leaders and team members to learn selling motions and best practices
- Develop organizational behavior skills and establish corporate workplace ethic
- Cultivate effective communication skills and executive presence
- Manage project(s) that will impact revenue growth to the business
