Who you are

  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing, with a focus on creating personalized marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and drive measurable business outcomes
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a focus on ABM and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEM, social media, display, and email
  • Experience with ABM tools (Demandbase), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels
  • Good understanding of pipeline stages to provide reporting and analysis on what can be done to accelerate pipeline and assess what programs are helping drive closed-won revenue
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ABM and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our targeted marketing efforts to support funnel progression and opportunity creation
  • This role will be responsible for developing and executing the “one to many” and “one to few” ABM strategy and campaigns, focusing on our target accounts universe
  • This person will also oversee our paid digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
  • Develop and drive the global one to many and one to few ABM strategies; including program creation aligned to the company’s strategic priorities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, paid social and display
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations for improvement to assess the effectiveness of ABM and digital marketing campaigns
  • Leverage modern marketing technology, including our martech stack (Demandbase, Marketo and SFDC)
  • Align with Marketing operations to build a comprehensive view of account intelligence and campaign performance against metrics, leveraging internal and external tools
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine marketing tactics
  • Partner with campaigns and product marketing to create messaging that engages the buying group at targeted accounts. Map content and campaigns across personas, segments and verticals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in ABM and digital marketing
