Associate Paralegal, Capsule

• You have a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of related work experience
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have exceptional time management and organization skills
• You have a proactive approach to recognizing needs, solving problems, anticipating issues, and developing solutions

• Maintain and organize corporate records
• Review and validate information on business application forms
• Manage and respond to medical record and subpoena requests
• Assist in the formation and maintenance of corporate entities, including obtaining and renewing business licenses and corporate registrations
• Conduct legal and internet research on various subjects, companies, and cases
• Provide general administrative support to the Legal team and other Capsule teams

Capsule is an online pharmacy service that believes caring is just as important as prescriptions and try to provide both, side by side, to its customers. Capsule offers same-day medication delivery, with couriers delivering prescriptions by bike or by car. There is no extra charge for using Capsule or having your medication delivered. Instead, Capsule uses a traditional pharmacy model.
