What the job involves

  • Responsible for delivery of elements of Connectd's Transition to Portfolio programme
  • Oversee and manage multiple ongoing projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within scope, and maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Continuously refine and optimise operational processes to boost efficiency and enhance the experience for our members.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across product development, marketing, customer success, finance, and operations.
  • Support the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of events, webinars, and other member engagement initiatives.
  • Take charge of tactical level projects, enabling the Membership Programme Director to focus on higher-level strategic goals.
  • Assist in managing the Connectd online community, fostering active member engagement, promptly addressing queries, and maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
  • Provide regular updates to the Membership Programme Director, offering insights into program performance, member engagement, and project status.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our program offerings.
